Default Lipo Saddle recommendations

I'm looking for a set of new saddle lipo's i've only used LRP's 40c and 50c stick packs before (one of each) and they've been really good, but there saddles are quite expensive, don't mind paying round £75, but close to £100 seems a bit much, what are other people using?

Ive only bought second hand saddles but opted for good units at half normal price. Ive got 3 sets of Nosram 5000mah 50C saddles. Tons of juice and really good performance. The cells had not had much use and from what i find if you trat the cells well (balance them and charge at 1C) then they'll last a long time.

First of all you have to realise that people like LRP, Reedy, and Vampire don't actually make the cells, they buy them in, and then sometimes just rebadge them or put them in there own cases. I think that there are about two to three different OEM's of Lipo cells, Intellect, Vapextech are two that I know of.
Intellect's you can buy off of eBay, Bchased racing is a good supplier, as is Demon Power Products. These are about £55 per pair, and many people swear by them.
I have a pair of Vampire 5400mah 60C (£75) and also two pairs of Vapextech 5400mah 50C (£55) and to be honest cannot tell the difference between the two, both are real good. The only issue I can see you could have with the Vapextech units is that they are not BRCA approved but are EFRA.
The Vapextech units you can get off of eBay, but they do have a distributor in the UK, and the service is very good.

I'm sure your right about lrp ect not making there own cells, but i'd be very suprised if big names like that would pick low quality cells to put inside there case, so to me they seemed like a safe option for first lipo packs and they've done me well, must be 3 years old now, i'd buy them again if they were in the same price bracket as some of the cells being suggested on here.
