Default B44.1 Grass Setup

I am hoping to get along to Hinckley tomorrow afternoon for a bit of racing which will be my first time racing on grass so was hoping that someone may be able to give me a good base setup for my B44.1

I have tried searching back through old threads on here as well as looking on Hinckleys own forum, Petit RC and good old Google but havent found anything....

What I am looking for are the simple things that as a novice I can change easily. So ride height, shock oil weight, what springs etc etc.

Currently I have kit springs of silver front and green rear with 40wt Losi oil in the fronts and 30wt Losi in the rear. My ride is 21mm front, 20mm rear with worn yellow minispikes all round.

My gearing is kit spur (either 81t or 84t, I cant remember for sure) with 18t pinion.

What would people advise that I change for running on grass at Hinckley. I have full sets of front and rear springs, as well as the Losi multipack of oils, and for tyres I have new sets of yellow, green and silver minispikes.

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

I think he copied my set up!!

Being serious, Im liking what I see here. Same springs, same ride height, same tires, same oil in the rear shocks.... All adds up to not much tinkering needed on my part.

He does have other more intricate settings which are most likely different from mine, but as someone learning the ropes I dont even know what half of them are, let alone adjusting them and the effects it will have so I will stick with the basics for the time being.

Thanks very much for the link!
