setup on b4 with foams

I've being running foams for a while now but the front foams are really coned on the outside edge.I do swap then over every meeting,my mate runs a shumy and his are true.The postie has just delivered a new set,so i need to sort it before i fit them.
any ideas?
setup is pretty normal
