Default ROAR approves LIPO

ROAR President Dawn Sanchez has announced that ROAR has finally approved Lipo 7.4v for racing!

This can only be good, we are now going along with newer technoloie which will only improve the hobby and take it into the future. Good stuff i say

Damo .... if you want LiPos then I suggest you propose their use sooner rather than later in an official fashion for the BRCA AGM, usually late Oct. That way you might be able to run them in 09. IIRC (which I may not) issues such as this require refering to EFRA too so that the federations under EFRA remain aligned so that events such as Euros don't cause problems. If I am correct then I believe that has to be proposed some time mid summer ..... although I am not sure.

Speak to Paul W' and I am sure he'll only be to happy to confirm the situation.
