Default Big Bores Catching Front Driveshaft

Since fitting Big Bore Shocks to my 410 I notice that the front drive shafts catch the shock spring and they are wearing in one spot. I've made sure that I fitted the longer (rear) shock mounts to ensure that the shocks stand further off the tower. I'm running middle hole on tower and outer on the arm. I'm considering fitting a 1mm washer on the arm to provide a little more offset.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep, 1mm washer on the standard shocks is a good tweak, so I guess it will be OK on the big bores, just stands them away from the driveshaft.

I mount a 2mm washer between the shock and the wishbone, noticed the team guys used those. It seems logical too as the upper mounts add a couple of mm too.

My front ones came with rear standoffs so I have used those and put 2mm alloy washers behind the bottom mounts. They are fine now! And I must say I'm loving the big bores so far!

Same I popped a washer in between the eye and the wishbone to just move them away from the shaft. I haven't fitted the longer top mount though...
