Hello,

Can anyone advise me why the ball cup that attaches to the servo horn catches on the servo when operating?

Depending on the type of servo and spacers it may be unavoidable. I think many either swapped the ballcup or dremelled some off the stock one. I dremelled and has been fine. Also check clearance to underside of bulkhead as some additional slight dremelling may be required there.
