Rubber bearings are better sealed and therefore will last longer before they get full of dirt. My advice, get rubber shielded ones.

Me for off road on my X2Te, i use rubber bearing not very expensive.
I clean them but i change them if there are not good. The Ansmann bearing in the kit are very good and not expensive, you can take them, it what i do.
