I am running in rear motor.

Gone to 30wt, silver front springs, with 6 hole 56 (is that smaller than a 54?), kit location for links and shocks, 25' rake and kit caster blocks.
Rear is 27.5wt, 6 hole 54's with pink springs, kit locations.

Staggered ribs on the front and minispikes on the rear, but if you like more front end, try slim mini's, will also being trying weight under the lipo.
