Default Transmitter help!!

im trying to set up my tekin rs pro esc with my ko propo esprit 2 tx and the tx doesnt seem to be transmitting the brake function.
Everytime i get to the brake part of the esc setup nothing happens...it's driving me mad
Ive had the tx apart trying to look for obvious faults.
Has anyone got any suggestions

Have you tried reversing the throttle channel then trying to set it? I think it was Scott who had a similar problem and that solved it.

tried that, all it's done is move the problem to the throttle setting. the tx doesnt seem to work when you pull back of the brake

Both esc and the tx are new to me. I'm going to test them on some other equipment tomorrow and see what happens

i know on my old Futaba, i had a similar problem when trying to set up a speedo & 2 things caused it.. 1) i left the ABS switched on when i should of disabled it & 2) the throttle channel had to be set to reverse.

another possible reason of course is that the brake has been disabled on the ESC settings somewhere.

Just checked and the abs is off and ive tried reversing the throttle channel. I was thinking the same with regards to the esc brake settings, besides a faulty tx that's going to be the next thing to check.
