Just bought my wife one of these,worked ok for 2 days and now the screen if frozen,and there is a small icon on the top that looks like a small key hole that i did not notice before.
Any ideas???

Means the screen is locked, theres usually a key on the side to unlock it

Hi,no not the blue one on the bottom its a small one on the top of the screen in black??
