M05 Tyres

My M05 turns up its own arse and I would like to know what tyres are best on carpet, also do you use weight in the rear?
Its almost like a handbrake turn at the slightest change of direction

On our carpet (Winter series, official Tamiya series) m grip front and s grip rear ended up being the universal choice. And supergluing the sidewalls.

Seems to depend very much on carpet though - I see postings of the total opposite on forums. Inserts and ride height also affects of course.
