You can drill some extra holes, you will notice on the rear suspension mount there are two inner holes as well as the current two outer holes used to hold the mount
If you use these as well, it will a lot of life to the chassis ![]()

The rear of the chassis was changed on later cars, looks like that was one of the very early chassis you have there.

Thomas you have the newer version, if you check it you will see that it is around 3mm thick at the back, and does not curve upwards like rcracers chassis in the photo.
Also looks like the chassis in the photos has been moddied, as there is a extra piece between the chassis and the blue suspension mount.

Dude.. that plate is seriously messing with your anti squat. Or maybe its the angle of the photo, but, It actually looks like you have pro squat... NASTY!!!
I'd strongly advise you replace the chassis and get shot of that plate. Either that or as a desperate measure put a similar thickness plate under the front bar, whilst not ideal, as you will raise the roll centre considerably. This option is far more preferable than pro squat though. Another little tip, I used titanium screws in the back of my S4, they seem to wear less than steel ones and so protect that rear lip better. |

Im not sure how well this is going to work but the same thing happened to my chassis on my old car. But i kept the chassis dunno why. And my dad has just put some sort of resin on the back of the chassis. So i will update ya with how it goes

the little plate was already on it when i got the car , i'm going to find one that fits in the recess to stop the chassis bending in a arc as it is now but you are are right a new chassis is on the cards sooner rather than later as it needs to be sorted for belgium ![]() Neil
