Default Trakpower e2 error on charger

Every time i use my pit bull charger and trakpower balancer i always get after 10-15 mins E2 on the charger(battery disconnected)and when i use my other cheap and cheerfull charger the pack charges ok but it charges then to 8.42v.Iv'e checked that i'm using the right settings.lipos are trakpower 3200,gp4300 which are less than 1 rear old.Any ideas

maybe a bad connection to the balancer? I had a similar thing which could be brought on by wobbling the balancer leads (at the plug where they join the charger)

only a suggestion though as I'm not familiar with your particular charger setup
