Default Esc for a tamiya fighter (silver can)

What kind of esc would i need for a tamiya fighter with silver can motor, 7.2 v battery

Pretty much any ESC for a brushed motor will do. Tamiya themselves make relatively cheap and decent ones called the TEU-101BK and TEU-104BK that they supply in newer kits.

The teu101bk is the best ever esc!!!
I run mine on 18t and 8.4v sometimes without it over heating!
