Default RB5 Prototype????

Jimmy,

Did you ask about what was going on with this RB5? Why the body is too short for the chassis (look at the rear extending past the body even though the front is on fine and the body mounts are on backwards any other pics of this car????

Even when things are in plain sight it can be hard to spot!!!!!
No, I never even noticed that, but I do have some RB5 photos so maybe I have one of these cars with what appears to be a longer chassis - well spotted!

Hi guys,

I was about to write it when Woody said it all...Actually it's a B4 shell cut up down to fit the RB5 and the wing it's the new one that will fit the new Lazer ZX5 SP. All Kyosho drivers used it at the WC. Only Pavidis M. used a Trident 2 bodyshell.

The car is not a prototype as it's Shin's car, all parts (as part the rear suspension mount) are available at Kyosho. They come from many and different kits like TF5, old Ultime type R, TR15, VONERRR, etc...

Cheers

PS: I did not forget you Mr. Woody

Also for your information,

Shin used during the final a Trident and standard Wing. He tested the B4 shell only during 1 qualifying round with 2 others drivers but came back to normal afterall...

Cheers

i don t know ... but they look different. you can see them at the worlds report.
several cfk composit parts are available too. shock tower, back plate and a much too expensive axis for proline rims (i run the HB ones. they are cheeper anyway)
i have no idea if there is any must-have. didnt break anything jet.
whats your opinion ?
