Originally, people used the BK axle. They were getting hard to find, so X-Factory introduced their own part. X-Factory part# 5661 is what you need and it comes complete with the correct inner spacer.

Try DMS first but any of the shops on here might have them or can order them. If you need a whole set of bones and axles you can buy them together as a matched set too.

Smitty, CCristo's help is almost correct above but not quite spot on, the original axles were indeed Losi BK2 ones that we used, but then Losi discontinued them, We then got MIP to make them for us instead and the part number XF5660 was given to them, however, they were never "spot on" and were in fact slightly too long (the opposite to the standard B4 ones which were too short), so when stock ran out X-Factory designed an all new axle that was the correct length required, we inclued the spacers in the pack that ae needed and the new number is XF5661 which has been around now for 12 months or so.

If you type in this new number (5661) you will see they are online and I can confirm they are in good stock at present too.

Hope that helps.....

Thanks for setting me straight Darren. When I was typing my original post above I thought the part number for the axles was 5661. The (old) article I linked to had the old axles listed. Hence the 5660 part #. Anyway, I've edited my post above to have the correct part # for future reference.
