Not at present.

The current lists are here - http://www.brca.org/?q=content/homologation-lists/1402

I have no idea whether they will be on any future lists.

TrackPower have rebranded, not sure of the exact reason but been lead to believe that it's all positive, however as Col says they will thus never be submitting cells under the 'TrackPower' name.

The list won't be much longer coming I'm sure ... best to wait.

However, whilst Darkpowers were never submitted, so aren't on the approved list, for anything less than a national you are pretty safe running them. They were designed to met the spec, and would have done if submitted, Trakpower are a well recognised brand and most clubs would consider the cells perfectly legal for club use. Some even bulk bought them for club members!
The reason the list exists is in no small part to keep dodgy ebay lipos that catch fire on charging from appearing at race meets - Darkpowers clearly don't fall into that group.

That's a shame Mark, what happened?

Remember some regional series are run to the full bra rules, Mid West I believe only accepts equipment from the lists
