Digital Servos & Receivers? does the 2.4 Etronix pulse output 300Mhz instructions?

Hi all, quick question.

Reading about digital servos and that they work differently, in that analogue uses 50Mhz pulses and Digital uses 50 but maps up to 300Mhz internally.

so the question is, does the 2.4Ghz Etronix pulse receiver output at the std 50mhz rate or does it output at the higher rate?

or have i read something wrong in that all receivers only output the std 50Mhz.

And in all honesty would anyone notice the difference between 50Mhz and 300Mhz being sent from the receiver?
