I just received this in an e-mail, so have no idea how reliable the content is, I've read most of them in the past. Any more crazy laws to add?

The UK's top 10 most ridiculous British laws were listed as:
· 1. It is illegal to die in the Houses of Parliament (27%)
· 2. It is an act of treason to place a postage stamp bearing the British king or queen's image upside-down (7%)

I live in York, we always beleived it was legal to shoot a scotsman from the bar walls using a bow and arrow providing he is wearing clan tartan so we know who he is first
Apparently Carlisle shares the same rights, and being that much nearer uses them more often maybe?

Im belive there is a law for shrewsbury that you can kill a welsh man after 12 midnight with an axe, or something along those lines
