Default something other than primafelt

is there anything i could use till we save up for some?

it will be for indoor buggys, mainly for up & down ramps.

My nextdoor neighbour works for a carpet firm, i was thinking some very tight office carpet would be ok to start with??

And advise would be great,

For buggies really any short pile carpet will do.

At out club we're using the cheapest carpet we could get our hands on.

Cheaper as well to replace, when buggies roll, always the chance that the shock towers will tear carpet.

We've videos & pictures on the club website of the carpet track, if you want to see it.
