Hi guys, I was wondering what the best starting point is for the weight at the rear running lipos. My car has a rude brass battery tray, running Vampire 4400 batts. Should I add weight to get it around the same as the NiMh cells then go from there?

sounds like you got a good starting weight there!!! add weight to suit your driving. there are several off us at my club with b44 all with different amounts of weight on are cars.

The Vampire 4400 saddles you have are quite light,I run those saddles + 90 grammes works well for me indoor on carpet & polished floor
So try your car (rudebits tray being 60g) plus 30g,I did try the straps but made the car horrible for me but as Steve (axeman) has said we have different driving styles

Thanks chaps, I will add 30g and try that as the car was a little tail happy the first time out on my usual track.
