good budget 6.5t brushless motor?

hi there,

i am looking to upgrade the motor in my cat sx to a 6.5t for more power. i have a budget of about £50-60. it needs to be sensored and good quality. i have looked at the losi 6.5 brushless is it any good? for what about this below?
