Default Spektrum Module?

After 1 qualifier today i noticed some glitching with both of my cars, i decided to take out my Spektrum module from my KO Universe Tx and had not a glitch all day with both cars using 40Mhz!
I really like using Spektrum, what i would like to know is, has anybody had any trouble with Spektrum in their KO Universe?
I was told by a National A finalist whom i trust, that you are better off wedging the module tight in place, mine is a touch slack tbh.
Will this fix it or can i send my module to somebody/Spektrum to check out for me?
Anybody have any ideas?

The KO Radio in general has a module that is a bit too loose fitting for my liking. As you had suggested to you, I always had some insulating tape on my radio to pack it out a little so that the module was tighter fitting.

Of course it is also possible that there could be a fault in your module, I'm sure if you contact Horizon Hobby, their service dept would take a look at it for you - although my money would indeed be it being a loose fit in the radio.

Mine was like that too, bit of insulating tape around the module as Matt says and all seems golden.
