Default Pivot Blocks?

Hi all. I'm new here so please be gentle. I have been runnin my ZX5 since they first became available and have tried all the different set-ups and love it to bits. Only prob I've found is how fragile the plastics seem to be. I've fitted the revised front end casings and alloy front pivot block and now its loads stronger, but I wondered if anyone knows of a company selling alloy rear pivot blocks, specifically the BR block. I've got through loads of these. The slightest impact and it pops. I've even broke one when I had too much grip on carpet and instead of grip rolling, it snapped the BR pivot. Other than that I find the buggy truly awesome, but this constant breakage is making me want to ditch it in favour of the new yokomo!!! Hope one of you guys can help. Many thanks, Sime.

I believe a front alloy brace can be used in the front side of the rear - if that makes any sense.

Look here: http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=287&page=2

He (GlowPlug) suggests running a second (same front brace) upside down as leading brace in the rear, "we use the brace for the leading side in the rear upside down, and use longer bolts with lock nuts (traction tip: don't use any shims) Bolt length is 14 mm."

The front brace has the same hole centers (for stering pins) as the kit BR rear leading brace approx 36.25mm, the BF (I assume an alternative to BR) is nearer 38.5mm.

I am not sure glowplug still makes em, try eBay or DC racing Here: http://dcracing.co.uk/dcrshop/produc...oducts_id=1174

We have found the ZX-5 robust, run an alloy front brace and keep meaning to fit one in the rear...........spect we are waiting for the plastic one to break.
