Default Coventry Sunday

Can we please have regular updates from the area of Coventry from the power that be, for the weekend please. having trouble getting out of the street so dont want to come all the way down for a wasted journey. Hoping to race but any advice would be appreciated.

I'm about 10 miles away and its not that bad to be honest. It would have to be very bad in my eyes for it not to go ahead. Bit of flaky snow shouldn't stop anyone

i,ve just left the track, all roads are clear, the track has been swept of snow and is not frozen,
so unless we get more snow tonight we should be good to go.
no snow forecast.

Thanks to everyone that helped put the meeting on today. I couldn't believe how much grip there actually was today! Few lessons learnt today!

Awesome day yesterday. Will admit it was a tad on the chilly side, but hey, a couple of layers of clothing and all was good
As already remarked, the grip in R1, snow and ice was immense !! R2 went a bit slippy, then it started to get good again.
In the final i ran Schu Yellows and it was awesome, couldn't fault the car at all.
Cracking day and can't wait for the next one in 2 weeks.

Well Done to all the people that made it happen. That goes to organisers and the hard core that went to race.
