X-FACTORY and E-SPEED introduces the latest new addition to their range,

The Alloy Heatsink and Fan Mount – to fit all X6, X60 and SCX60 (4 gear) models

This super “cool” heatsink, designed by Ellis Stafford himself, which is in the same shade of blue as all other E-Speed and DDP anodised components, fits securely to the motor plate (fits the standard kit alloy plate, Real Men Wear Black plate and the DDP finned alloy plate) using the two vacant mounting holes that X-Factory owners all over the world have wondered about ever since they first appeared on the 4 gear X-Factory vehicles.

Heat from the motor and hence motor plate is now transmitted into the large alloy heatsink too, which combined with the included fan all adds up to keeping your motor much cooler than ever before, especially for those who race indoors or with stock motors that are geared through the roof and run extremely hot. The heatsink will also still work in conjunction with the DDP chassis brace too, to ensure that all X-Factory, E-Speed and DDP parts work in harmony with each other.

The 25mm fan itself blows directly over the centre can section of the motor, it is supplied with a super long 100mm lead with connector, so it will reach receivers and ESC’s for power even in almost all of the furthest to reach places on the chassis. The fan will also be available separately to buy as a spare or to suit any of your other “cooling” needs, will also work in other cars and applications (and is cheaper than most other brands available today too). As ever with all E-SPEED products, it is smartly presented in its own plastic case, with E-Speed header card. All necessary mounting hardware is also included.

First batch of heatsinks (and seperate fans) arrived wth us in the UK today and have been shipping out to dealers and racers this afternoon, look out for the postie in the morning everyone......
