Default Steering lock adjustment on track.

I've only very recently started participating in some club 1:8 Nitro racing. I find myself fiddling with the amount of steering lock (on the transmitter) depending on the track etc so as to try to assist me in not 'over' steering ie, feel a bit less sensitive to steering inputs.

I just wondered if this is normal practice or do most people maintain max steering lock ?

Normal practice Dan as some drivers like to set their lock upto the tightest corner on a track.
