The X - 6 and 6 Squared bodies are designed and produced by the premier body designer and company in the world, J Concepts. We think they look great.

That said, it's entirely in the eyes of the beholder. If you like the X Factory body, and many people do, by all means run it. If you like another body better, please run that.

Just a piece of info: Our body is exactly the same width at it's widest point as the body of a B4. Our cabin is no taller. The rear of our body looks much different because it must cover up many things that rear-motor bodies are not required to cover.

I've said this many times: The X - 6 Squared sure looks good when the trophy girls are standing next to you.

At the end of the day our kit body is like marmite - you either love it or hate it, much like some of these other BUTT UGLY bodies that are coming out at present for many other makes and models of car from other brands.

It is however, just like these other bodes, designed for performance over looks, with maximum downforce where it is needed, but we fully understand that not everyone will like it, which is why we as the Uk distributor offer two alternatives from Team AJ and Team Azarashi in the shpae of the "Galaxy" and "Vaykal". Now the choice is yours.........

at least the X6 body comes all the way down. We Cat drivers only have half a shell until the undertray is on

Thanks for your support Den, the Phat Bodies Zen has been a popular body shell world wide for us ...

When it was tested initially we found that the narrowed rear end help the rear wing do all the work as it should and kept the rear very planted at speed.

It's also been the bodyshell of choice for the RB5 mid custom special ...

Shameless plug

I can see the girls, but where's the trophy? Just another shot of a looser, winning nothing at all

I think standing there having your photo taken with those trophies, err I mean girls, is all the trophy Stefan will need.

I think that pic comes from last year's Petit race where Stefan did rather well. Can't remember exactly how well, but Stefan told me the trophies, err ... girls, were ample reward.

And thanks to Stefan for making my point perfectly. Winning is what counts, and X - Cars win. When we are designing a car, we have no concern whatever for what the body will look like. The car must be the fastest thing out there and easy to drive fast too. That's a tall order.

Then we give it to Jason Ruona along with some ideas for where we want downforce and tell him to make that look as good as possible. With all that -- no thought given to aesthetics in the design process, then aerodynamic concerns -- Jason does a fabulous job of making things look about as good as possible.

All the aftermarket bodies I have seen don't have as much downforce as the Kit body. On some tracks that may be good.
