Default Mad rat Steering Servo

MY daughter's Mad Rat had a head on, resulted in the case of the steering servo dieing a horrible death. Replacement servos are cheap enough but is it easy enough to get a servo arm to fit in the rather tight space at the front of the car? I'm not sure what fitting the original Ansmann servo had, though not Acoms.

I dug out an ancient Acoms one but I might just cough up for a new Futaba as it's only a tenner.
