I was syncing my 2nd Gen Ipod Touch 8gb on my new laptop eariler using iTunes 10, and it crashed
![]() p.s. The ipod works fine, its just iTunes wont work with it. Cheers, Carl |

Have you tried to un-install itunes and then reinstall. If the apps are on the ipod, then you should be able to copy them back into itunes after it has reinstalled.

Well I cant transfer anything using itunes as it will not communicate with the ipod until I restore it, I will try that, but its more the ipod thats the problem

Ive found that if you do lose your apps you can download them again for free. The app store will inform you when you try to purchase an app that you have already had and will say,do you want to download again for free.

I'm sure that there is an option in itunes to "download purchased apps" and I think that should do them all.
