Yes they are worth it in my opinion. I have a DB01R that has these parts already installed but i know people with Durgas that keep on having problems with lower arms popping out of the suspension mounts after a bad landing. If you only buy only the suspension mount without the blocks it could work but it is much better to buy the blocks too to have a solid lower arm housing. I never had any problems with suspension arms popping out of the blocks although it must be clear to you that if you reinforced one part another one will bend in a crash. In case of the suspension mounts this will clearly be the lower arms that breaks under heavy impact. This happened to me many times this season but i think it is more down to my bad driving and if you use the TRF501X Lower arms you can have lots of bad landings and crashes until the arm will break.

I swapped to the carbon reinforced blocks and Ive never had any problems . I bet the normal plastic ones can be an issue but the carbon ones are proper tough.

Carbon ones break too, at least did on my friends car.

The front/rear alu blocks saved the day. The small ones never caused a problem, though, and are still the original plastic ones.

so i might get away with using only the suspension mounts with the stock plastic blocks?

Also are the fluorine coated suspension balls worth it?

I'd definitely recommend the alu suspension mounts, don't have to be the Tamiya ones, there are other options that are cheaper.

Since installing them and the fluorine coated suspension balls I haven't had a wishbone pop out at all, and I have abused it quite a bit.

I tried the carbon reinforced ones first, they were better than the kit part, but a high-speed cart-wheel would still pop the wishbone out.
