novak gtb and how to set reverse profile

hi, i have downloaded the instruction manual from the novak website for the GTB but cant understand how to set profiles, i wish to have forward and reverse in brushless mode, can somebody please give me a little walk through,

i am using a futaba 3vcs transmitter just in case you need to know,
