Default Nosram Saddle LIPOs

Does anyone use these in the FS as I'm wanting LIPOs with the humps on the bottom so I can use them in my SV and SX still.

I believe that Nick Caro runs LRP saddles which ar ethe same but blue but that is on an FS chassis.

On an FS2 chassis I think you would have to make the clearance holes in the original cell slot area, an easy enough job.

Trust me, after running the FS you will forget all about your SX

I'm not running a Kyosho, but I use the LRP (same as Nosram) saddle's. I run them upside down in my car so that the humps are on top, the bottom of the cells are then flat. The connectors run right through the cells, so connecting either way up is the same.

Are they the new 5900 batts (taller)?

I'm running the LRP 5900's and they do fit within the cell slots on the FS2 chassis, surely they fit on the FS too, I mean those slots are designed to fit within traditional cell constraints surely?

I found I had to space the posts up too with the taller packs and I also had to drill through the top deck to allow the power wires to input properly.

I think either way you should be OK, upside down or humps facing down.

LOL ... I'll just take it as Mikey wanting a car that is a little less of a handful than his SX.

Welcome to the silky smooth side Mikey
