yeah gave them a call just have not got a batt strap in at the minute, so if any one has got one let me know!
is it worth having a rear shock tower as a spare?? my car has a cracked rear wing mount, do these go often, read about the losi mounts. |

Think I have only done 2 rear towers in a year but it is worth having one, never done a wing mount though, I thought they were pretty much bullet proof!!

I run the x6 here in the states. I keep in my spares box an extra nose/lower front plate, a rear shock tower, and trans rebuild parts (my local track is a loose dirt outdoor track and dirt does get in the opening at the bottom of the trans sometimes) other than that, make sure you do the bk2 cvd axles with the b4 cvd bones and you should be set in my opinion.

Hi Mark,
To be honest I don't really change my set up that much at all so yeah, Batley or Bury or any other tracks set up E. |

Just giving the car a re build, and was wondering what spacers and sizes do you use to space out the rear wish bones on the hinge pins?
is at an associated part you use or a x factory part? |

You get washers supplied with the kit, but any ones will do as long as equal either side.

i was thinking of using the associated plastic ones you space rear hubs with? should do the job.
Do you space the wish bone in the middle? |

I almost always run short both inner and outer. In fact When I change it I only change outer so the inner ones are shimmed to the front and forgotten about for me really.

thanks for the replys, I have shimmed the wish bones in the middle with associated plastic washers, the rear hubs are shimmed to the front on the arm.
on a side not I am fitting B4 posts to mount the servo, any ideas on drilling the holes? I was thinking of putting a bit of paint on the bottom of the servo posts and marking it and then drilling chassis? any other ideas?? Want to think about the best way before driling holes in my chassis! |

add the mounts to the servo, then position as u wish,i have mine as fare back as i can mark from on top with a small thin sharp object IE needle etc, then drill from on top, and counter sink the bottom

I do it with a marker pen, just to be radical
![]() Also I have it a couple mm off being against the cells so you can route the servo/speedo lead to the receiver there all nice and neat

no need to dremel the chassis if ur using the b4 mounts, but u do have to dremel the back of the servo plate at the back so it sits down over the servo
