Losi shocks on B44?

Just bought a set of Losi shocks for my B44 and looking for a rough starting place with regard to springs, oil pistons etc..

Anyone know what would be a good place to start? Looking to get it set up for the Silverstone weekender. (Astro)

Put in rear Orange - 35w
Put in front Red - 40w

Wishbones - inside on rear and out side on front
Towers - One in from outside front and rear

Rear roll bar

Ride height = drive shaft level front and just below level rear
