gm 90 2009 esc wont run motor

hi all i have to push start my car then it runs fine
if the speedo shows orange light it runs fine but if you turn the wheels 5 degrees so no orange light then it wont run , i have to keep the car moving and prey when it stops its not on the red light
wtf?!?!? its doing my head in

Chances are it's a sensor issue. Either the board in the motor, it the cable.

Try running it without sensor wire at all. It should at least run it - although likely not as fast, but it should prove the issue.
