any news on the SCT

as title,i went racing SCT for the first time on sunday and it was a blast,any news as i dont want to buy one then find out yours comes out 2 weeks later,any idea on any spec,2wd or 4wd?have you been testing anything

The only news I heard was a rumour about a September release. The guy on rctech claimed he was told so by the US/CAN distributor.

I will definitely buy a new SCT later this year, and as the quality of the Durango cars is unmatched, I'd be more than happy to buy one of their kits. On the other hand, there is a Losi based on the Ten T on the horizon; I don't care about the Associated rumours, though.
The only thing that might keep me from buying the DESC (or Losi) is the 2WD only restriction of the Langenfeld Six Days indoor series. As I will not have much spare time for the hobby until late November, I'm more than eager to race indoors this year; but there is always the option to take out the front driveshafts! ;-)

Well as an educated guess, as rush don't have a 2 wd. i would stab at the fact it will be a 4 x 4 .

That shouldn't be much of a problem. Even if the car might still offer any advantages, my driving skills would compensate for them... ;-)
Of course, I'd ask for permission instead of forgiveness.
