Default Mamba Monster - In flames

As in title, was happily running my 1/8th buggy a couple of weeks ago until it caught fire which is a shame> Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
Repair locations, costs etc.
I am aware i could send it to castle in the us but the cost of this makes it slightly pointless.

I think that the case has melted itself into the board and it has that lovely 'magic blue smoke' smell.
I have spotted an xerun 150 amp 1/8th system, that would be cheaper than paying to send it to the US paying fixed rate repair then paying for it to be sent back.

I can't remember what they are off the top of my head but there are some strict un-ritten rules that need to be followed when running a Castle Monster. I think one of them is to have your throttle end point at 100% at all times.
Only way to find out the rest would be to trawl through lots of forums and threads and even maybe a phone call to castle (it was fairly cheap for me to phone the US)
