The quick answer: some of them, but not all.

The Ellis kit was still a B4 conversion, but came with the following hop-ups: ES001 Camber link extenders, ES002 motor mount t-brace, DDP 024 motor plate, DDP shims, 1006 plastic chassis, 1225 quick-change kit, 2601 steel front axles, 5661 longer cvd axles, lunsford Ti ballstuds and turnbuckles (Losi ballcups), JConcepts front air dam, 30* casterblocks, E's wing mounts, sway bar set-up, and decal sheet.

The K021 is obviously the entire car, and has many of those upgrades: the DDP shims, plastic chassis, 2601 front axles, 5800 CVD set includes the longer axles, lunsford ti ballstuds and turnbuckles (longer ones than the E kit for use with AE/JConcepts ballcups), and 30* caster blocks. Most of the E-spec upgrades left out of the EC are things not used in most of the world (like the camber link hangers) or just small trick stuff E does/runs, such as the wing mounts and decals.

Lets not forget that most expensive part that the Ellis Edition conversion kit includes (that makes it as expensive as it is) is the Rudebits Complete Brass Weight Tuning kit (£70 worth RRP)..........

The Ellis Conversion Kit also includes Ellis' own addendum to the instruction manual.
