Default loose dirt advice

Hi all, I'm after a setup for loose dirt, small track, slightly rutted with only 1 jump to speak of. Can anyone either point me in the direction of a good setup or give me any advice to go on. I've got a double header weekend of nationals and this could be my chance to move up the old rankings a bit. Racing a Cougar SV pro (first race with it)

look at the cougar sv setup thread, Simon Moss i.e. Mossy setup is the way to go. I have a similar setup with a couple of differences. I us 27.5 oil with 2.5 springs and 6 hole piston in the rear. I would also put on a set of proline caliber's and a touch of weight near the pinion.
