Default Help! Building the CAT SX

Hi,

Please help -

The "spirol pins" (as in "Step 34A" (below) in the Instruction Manual)

...how on earth do you fit those?! They are so tight to get through the hole in the drive shaft!

Thanks in advance

Well, I used to put them in with pliers. They are supposed to be tight fit so they won't fall out easily.
Anyway I'm using Northy's solid pins. I find them very easy to work with, but be careful during wheel change as they are also easy to loose.

Yeah, I put them in with pliers, any make, as long as they have the groves so the pin can grip to the pliers. Easy as that really They have to be a tight fit so they dont come loose

They are very easy to loose when you replacing or refitting them
