This is what is shown when you try to vie this setup:

You (user name william8) have just tried to access the document titled "CR2 Kidderminster Setup.pdf -- May 28, 2010 1:09 am -- 371k". This document is located in the KeepandShare account "teamlosi". To view it you need to ask the owner of the account "teamlosi" to set the Share With controls to give your KeepandShare user name "william8" rights to view the document.

I don't think there is any need for a set-up topic, as ArnO does a great job of putting all of the set-ups on Petit RC

But it would be interesting to discuss certain set-up changes/possibilities/ideas here though!
