Default Sanwa Super Exces throttle pot

At racing tonight I kept having throttle problems, it was not linear and like an on off switch!

Is it an easy thing to change yourself??

Does anyone know how much Ripmax charge to replace one??

Just got 1 done at Ripmax. There standard charge is 30 quid including post.
