if you sent it as goods you still may NOT CLAIM as paypay cannot see what you have brought ie if you brought an item on ebay they can see the transaction with descriptions and postage so there some come back if the sale went pear shape sorry to say buddy

Far as i am concerned whether you pay via gift only effects what paypal can do

Otherwise i can demosntrate offer, consideration and acceptance has occureed which forms a contract under common law and should be suffiicent to go to court - of course i do need contact details for B4 pete

you can say you accept the item under common law but then the seller can also say i changed my mind not selling now and did you provide him with an address and contact number in the first sale if not then the common law will not stand as this is deemed to be the contract thats why when i buy second hand i ask sell for all there detail ie addy, home number and mobile number and in other cases a different email then you have some come back then with the police

this is from the dispute,
From Buyer - bob cartlidge
07/05/2010 10:25 BST
i paid for a lipo charger and has not turned up, i know also of ther people who are in the same seat with buying things from him and not turning up
From Seller - Louise Dixon
07/05/2010 10:55 BST

I have been called away on an emergency, and cannot access the forum account until i return home, unfortunatley, my work comes first. This particular item was however posted days ago, I will upload tracking information later today.
The buyer(s)? have my email and have not tried to contact me through this medium for an update.

its a sham, that on our profiles it says when we last visted our profiles and i have been checking as waiting for replys from him everyday and he has been on at least once each day and even delted messages on his profile wqall from me

so he cant get on the forums but he is able to sign in and delte the messges and not reply, seems like a really nice onist bloke
