Shouldn't cause you any trouble. As long as nothing big gets in there and you preform some maintenance regularly on the motor. Better to get cool air in with a little dust. Take a look inside most brushless motors and you will see that dust won't hurt much, if anything other than the bearings. And the bearings get dust from the outside as well.
I'm a Yank and run on dirt and have never had a problem with a motor due to dust/dirt. Just clean it out with a little motor spray and compressed air and oil the bearings and you should be fine
