Fusion Exceed Brushless

Have seen these brushless systems for less than £100 on a few sites. Wanted to know opinions on them as am thinking of a 13.5t one for a touring car to do club meets with. Would rather buy new than used if I can but do have a limited budget like most.

i'm just starting out with a touring car and like urself have a limited budget so opted for a 13.5 Fusion exceed combo, tried it for the first time this week and seemed to work fairly well just trying to sort gearing out and learning to drive it !!!
