Making a balancing lead up

I have a LX41B - FUSION ETHOS PRO AC/DC BALANCE CHARGER.

I cant use the balance feature on the charger, as I dont have the right lead.

Would anyone be able to advise me which lead I need, or help me adapt a lead at Talywain this weekend?
