Need picture of B4 with LRP Brushless

I just got the LRP Sphere Competition 2007 Speedo and Vector X11 7.5T
But how do I mug all those wires down under the body nice and tidy.
Do you have any good pictures? Maybe of Ryan Maifield’s car without the body on.

And a follow up question to the Maifield victory at Cactus Classic.
The gearing 84/18 seem I very low, here in Denmark vi have to run 17 turns brushed motors, and I do that with a CS 17t gearing 81/23 to 81/25 on most tracks (carpet).
When I installed the LRP system and tested with recommended gear ratio I used 81/19 but it was very slow compared to the brushed 17 turns.
I need to gear 81/21-23 on the brushless 7.5 to get the same speed.
So how can he be fast enough with 84/18 is the 6.5T motor so much faster?

In the UK, I think the majority of people that run the B4 or the X-6 (same gearbox ratio) use a 21-tooth pinion on the kit spur gear with a 7.5 brushless motor. If you run with a 6.5, we gear it on a 20-tooth pinion.

I use 20/84 (not kit spur) in my B4 with an LRP 6.5, I would go a pinion higher (21) OR a spur lower (81) for a 7.5

So you run 10.9 ratio chris. Manual suggess 12.4 which seems high, I guess runing 11.7 will be absolutely fine then, thought it may be overgeared as Im one tooth higher than the recommended ratio but I assumed theyd be rather conservative

I run my vortex that is sisnitered on a 21 if you have a none sinitered it should be lower somehting like a 19 or 20. On a kit spur.

I don't know the overall, I started running it at CML Raceway and I liked the way it felt so its stayed on my car.

it might be a little high, and if I was worried about over-heating I would prob run it a tooth lower

the ratio it suggests with a 6.5 and 81t spur i think turns out with a 16/17t pinion. but atmo im running 19 and ellis s ran a 21 at the indoor finals i think

At bury I started off with a 19 pinion with a 6.5t (stock spur), after 2 rounds I decided to put a 20 on it, car wasn't quite as nippy but seemed easier to drive and my lap times were slightly faster.

About the original question about the wires, tidiest way is to put them all through the rear shock tower but I broke a shock tower a few meetings ago and couldn't be bothered to unsolder the motor to put them back though, now I just have them in the small gap between the shock tower and the body with the sensor cable still through the shock tower.

Heres my Nosram (same as LRP) installed. I found it a right faf on resoldering the wires and did touch the case and get a little bit of solder on it but not much
Smaller than I thought and I can fit the body on easily with no wire problems, even with the heatsink.

You could do worse than invest in a hot glue gun (I only paid £3) to help "hold" the wires down and in position.You could take a look at my...ahem... Losi (in the Losi area),this shows my efforts to tidy up a brushless car which includes the fan,two power caps etc. etc.
