Default LRP and Nosram

Ordered an LRP system but LRP dont have any in stock so I could be waiting however long. The alternative is Nosram, now I know they are the same and slightly cheaper, but Ive heard the customer service is much slower and they can be very annoying in their lax service. whats everyones experience with them

Ive never had a problem with mirage conserning a nosram speedo the service has always been quick and of good quality. And Nosram products are nicer in the red. The lrp blue is to light it needs to be darker.

Im more concerned about teh servicem with brushless being new and speedos going left right and centre for some people, Ive heard of pretty poor service from Nosram and have been advised to go LRP for their better service, but they dont have any in stock.

I disagree I like the blue, ive owned both nosram and LRP products however I found that when talking directly to LRP customer service they were not as good as I had expected and since I have bought more nosram products!

I think you've answered this one yourself - No stock = you can't get one = poor service.

How would you get a replacement from them should it go wrong if they have no stock?

Its just the fact someone at our club has had a bad experience with their brushless systems and their returns, and even the LHS owner has said LRP service is alot better than nosrams which can be poor. So is everyone saying go nosram?

Well theyre the same speedo as the LRP so thats just luck, its just the poor service Ive had but..I thin Im just gonna have to get the nosram system, at least with the £10-£15 saved I can get the worlds accesory set to hopefully lessen the chance of a pop.

The matrix evolution comes with a heatshink so there is no needs for the worlds kit. And mirage are just as good as helgar.

In my experience, Mirage and Horizon (Helger) have similar warranty turnaround.
Mirage are more anal about following the proper procedures, but assuming both have stock, I wouldn't like to put money on either being quicker.

Bert, ever realise the same warranty card comes with every nosram speedo, you could effectively buy a budget speedo and use that card

Yeah they are all the same, maybe even get a really cheap one of ebay for example just for the card. I may even have a spare one of you want me to have a look for you?
