Default Servo horn + body

Started rammming all the electrics in my newly built ZX5 last night, and was horrified, amazed, gobmacked etc etc to see the shell move up and down as the servo horn swings side to side.

I like my shells low and sleek, but I also like them to clear moving parts nicely as well.

Anybody know if it's just a very slight contact and can be solved by sanding down the top of the servo horn a tad?

I cant say Ive noticed this fella, are you sure its not the steering link touching as it exits the shell ?
or maybe your body holes are a bit too high on the shell, forcing it lower than it should be ?

well, i reamed them exactly where the little dimple in the shell was, and the shell looks to be at the right height for the chassis etc. It's just the top of the servo horn lifting the shell a fraction as it travels.

Also,....I had to sand down the end of the servo saver arm too (the end near the servo with the ball joint for the servo link) as my Futaba 9450 servo is a bit of a "fat boy" and was restricting the travel of the steering.

Madness, i tell ya. I'll have more of a look at it tonight.
